AI exposure index
For each business function, how much the market currently asks it for artificial intelligence skills.
What it measures
Each advert is assigned to a business function from its job title and, when the title is ambiguous, from its text: sales, lending, risk, cybersecurity, IT, data and analytics, legal and compliance, human resources, finance, marketing, logistics, engineering, executive management and others. For each function the index reports the share of adverts asking for AI skills.
The comparison
The same index is calculated for one organisation, for a group of competitors or for the market of an area, and the tables are read side by side.
One definition
"Asks for AI skills" means the same thing in every report of the observatory, so figures from different documents can be compared.

The index is prepared on request, for a sector or for a group of employers.
How we read the adverts: the method
Access and contact
Reports are read in the portal, after signing in. Clients have private areas with dedicated reports, co-branded on request. Reports are currently published in Italian.
